1. Acceptance

By accessing desktopcedarpath.click or engaging Cedar Path Analytics Co., Ltd. ("Cedar Path," "we," "us") for procurement spend analytics services, you agree to these Terms. If you engage on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.

2. Services

Cedar Path provides professional analytics engagements including category mapping, supplier concentration reviews, quarterly briefings, and related charting deliverables as described on this website. Specific scope, fees, and timelines are defined in a written statement of work or engagement letter signed by both parties.

3. Client responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate AP exports, supplier master data, and taxonomy inputs within agreed timeframes. Delayed or incomplete data may shift delivery dates and may incur re-scoping fees. You are responsible for lawful collection and transfer of data you provide to us.

4. Intellectual property

Upon full payment, you receive a perpetual licence to use deliverables (charts, workbooks, written reports) for internal business purposes. Cedar Path retains ownership of pre-existing methodologies, templates, and anonymised benchmark panels. We may reuse general techniques developed during an engagement provided client-identifying data is removed.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties will protect confidential information received during an engagement. Cedar Path will not disclose your supplier names, spend figures, or internal taxonomy to third parties except as required by law or with your written consent.

6. Limitation of liability

Our deliverables support business decisions; they do not constitute legal, tax, or investment advice. To the fullest extent permitted under the laws of the Republic of Korea, Cedar Path's total liability for any claim arising from an engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or lost-profit damages.

7. Website use

Website content is informational. You may not scrape, reverse-engineer, or republish substantial portions of the site without permission. We may update site content without notice.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Daejeon, Korea, unless mandatory consumer protections require otherwise.
