Refund Policy

Scope

This policy applies to professional analytics engagements — category mapping, supplier reviews, quarterly briefings, and tail-spend assessments — contracted with Cedar Path Analytics Co., Ltd.. We do not sell software subscriptions or physical products.

Deposits

A 40% deposit confirms calendar placement after written scope agreement. Deposits are refundable if you cancel more than 14 business days before the scheduled intake session, minus any third-party costs already incurred on your behalf.

Cancellation by client

• More than 14 business days before intake: deposit refunded minus documented third-party costs.
• 7–14 business days before intake: 50% of deposit retained; remainder refunded.
• Fewer than 7 business days before intake: deposit retained; remaining fees invoiced only if work has begun.

Rescheduling

One reschedule of the intake session is permitted without penalty if requested at least 7 business days in advance. Additional reschedules may shift analyst availability and incur a KRW 400,000 administrative fee.

Work already started

Once normalisation or chart drafting begins, fees for completed phases are non-refundable. We will provide a partial deliverable summary for any paid work performed if an engagement terminates early by mutual written agreement.

Quarterly briefing retainers

Retainers renew quarterly unless either party gives 30 days written notice before the next period. Fees for the current quarter are non-refundable once the briefing materials are delivered.

No-shows

Missing a scheduled executive readout without 48 hours notice counts as a completed session. Replacement sessions may be booked at our standard day rate.

Materials purchased on your behalf

If we procure benchmark panel access or travel on your authorisation, those costs are non-refundable once committed.

Cancellation by Cedar Path

If we cancel an engagement due to unforeseen capacity constraints, your deposit is refunded in full. If cancellation results from your material breach (e.g., refusal to provide agreed data after repeated extensions), deposit retention follows the client cancellation schedule above.

Refund process

Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days to the original payment method in KRW. Email info@desktopcedarpath.click with your engagement reference, invoice number, and reason for the request.

Disputes

We aim to resolve billing concerns directly. Unresolved disputes are handled under the governing law provisions in our Terms of Service.
