Fees depend on ledger depth, plant count, and category complexity. Figures below are starting points — we confirm a fixed quote after reviewing a sample AP export.

What increases an estimate
- Multiple ERP instances requiring cross-system normalisation
- More than six operating sites with distinct charts of accounts
- Rush delivery inside three weeks (subject to analyst availability)
- On-site workshop days outside Daejeon metro (travel billed at cost)
- Additional executive readout sessions beyond those included in scope
What stays outside our fees
We do not charge subscription or per-seat access fees because we do not host ongoing dashboards. Third-party benchmark panels, if requested, are quoted separately with sample-size disclosure.
Deposits and payment
A 40% deposit confirms calendar placement after scope sign-off. The balance is due on draft delivery for fixed engagements, or invoiced quarterly for retainers. We accept bank transfer in KRW; USD invoicing available for overseas subsidiaries.
